Our Assets – Family Ownership

As an owner-managed company, we are not dependent on quarterly figures at the stock exchange or on the requirements of more or less anonymous shareholders. Our decisions are determined by company goals designed for the long term. We also put our success down to a short decision making process, quick response to changing market requirements and the continued improvement of products and processes. We just simply live by our convictions in our everyday entrepreneurial life.

As a family business, we can also rely on the know-how and on the valuable experience of our predecessor generation. In 1948, the chain forge, which had already been in existence for some years, was entered in the commercial register. And my father is still here to help us, giving us competent advice on entrepreneurial decisions. A successful model, which we would like to pass on to the next generation as well.
