Sales Backoffice

Sophia Reiter works in the backoffice / sales department and is responsible for order processing, shipping, customs clearance, and the europe-wide customer support for ULTRA Products by Boyut at Ketten Wälder.

After completing her apprenticeship as a management assistant for office management in 2022, she gained professional experience in customer service, customer support, and internal sales. She has been part of the Ketten Wälder team since May 2026.

She is convinced by the high quality of the products, the strong team spirit, the excellent working atmosphere, and the versatility of the product portfolio.
