Process + Sales Manager

Angela Wälder has been a Process + Sales Manager at Ketten Wälder GmbH since 2018.

She is responsible for the following areas:

• Process management
  Internal processes, process design, planning and implementation, ISO 9001 certification including quality management manual (quality management officer)
• ERP system/warehouse management system including data maintenance, processes, procedures, etc.
• Sales management
  Customer care and service, offers, project support/processing, induction and training, sales-oriented process management, trade fair planning
• Marketing projects

With a bachelor's degree in law and economics (LLB. oec), Angela Wälder has an extremely high level of knowledge for her areas of activity. In addition, she is a Certified Quality Management Officer and has completed the "compact customs training" at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

She is absolutely convinced of the product quality and also the customer-oriented service of Ketten Wälder - above all, the flexibility and the possibilities of being able to develop individual products for customers inspire her again and again.
