Expanded Lloyd's Register certification

 

 

The premium-quality stainless steel chains of Ketten Wälder GmbH are subjected to standardized tests of up to 160 tons, in compliance with internationally applicable directives, in the company's own Lloyd's Register-certified test laboratory.

These tests comprise tensile bending tests, notched bar impact tests, corrosion tests as well as high-cycle fatigue tests, which depict the product life cycle.

The grade U2 certification (relating to mechanical values, strength, temperature, material specification etc.) has now been extended to cover the following features:
