Your profile:

  • commercial training, university degree or comparable further training
  • good knowledge of German and English, multilingualism an advantage
  • excellent communication skills as well as confident and well-groomed appearance
  • affinity for technology
  • self-motivated, flexible and organized
  • high discretion, loyalty and reliability
  • good knowledge of MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Your scope of duties:

  • preparation of visits, planning of business trips and appointments
  • internal and external correspondence on behalf of the management
  • project support in cooperation with colleagues
  • support in the areas of administration and facility management
  • coordination of the work of the janitorial service, cleaning staff and other external service providers
  • support in purchasing with the processing of inquiries, orders and research tasks
