At 07.00 hrs, the group met to interactively and constructively analyze, reflect, and review upcoming topics such as sales orientation, strategy, figures, responsibilities as well as market potential and expansion. In the course of the day, the internationally positioned team jointly elaborated potential approaches and solutions, defined future strategies and goals, and developed a new roadmap.
The workshop was rounded off with a get-together dinner in Rosenheim, and the team gladly took advantage of the opportunity to engage in a personal exchange besides the professional topics of the day.
The bottom line: A thoroughly successful workshop, about which Franz Maximilian Wälder and Angela Moser were just as satisfied as the sales team – everybody's already looking forward to the next round in the autumn of 2023.
