High load-bearing capacity with maximum safety

Our stainless steel weld-on lifting points are made of selected stainless steel and are (due to correct welding processes) a permanent connection to the load.

In many areas of application, this is crucial for safety and efficiency in lifting and moving loads. The shackle of our weld-on lifting points is made of high-strength stainless steel 1.4462 Duplex (AISI 318LN), the welding blocks from stainless steel 1.4404 (AISI 316L). Both materials are highly resistant to corrosion and oxidation. Benefit from our long-standing experience and the advantages of a reliable product that meets the highest quality standards (Grade 60, type tested according to EN 1677-1).

We are a qualified member of the renowned professional association LEEA. Through this association, the safety of an entire industry and thus also our own standards are constantly driven forward.

All our products are tested in our in-house Lloyd's Register certified testing laboratory. According to international standards, with up to 160 tons load capacity.

Our cromox® products are produced in Germany and are international leaders in the field of stainless steel products. We ensure consistently high quality and technical solutions to the highest standards.

Relying on stainless steel

When heavy loads need to be moved reliably and safely, the connecting elements must be robust, withstand high loads, and be made of a material you can trust. Stainless steel is known for its durability and robustness. It is corrosion-resistant, as well as heat and cold resistant. Furthermore, stainless steel is hygienic and easy to clean, reinforcing the benefits of its use in areas where cleanliness is of utmost importance. Thus, this material is ideal for manufacturing high-quality weld-on lifting points.

Load-bearing capacity of weld-on lifting points made of stainless steel

The load-bearing capacity of weld-on lifting points made of stainless steel depends on the strength and quality of the material used and the welding techniques used to connect these components. Our high-quality weld-on lifting points are designed for various welding processes to ensure maximum safety and efficiency. The load-bearing capacities of our range from 0.5 tons (CSAG-05) to 10 tons (CSAG-10).

Weld-on lifting points – a connection that lives up to its promise

Stainless steel weld-on lifting points are a safe and efficient solution for various industrial applications. Welded firmly to the load, they ensure the best durability and are also highly corrosion-resistant – two major plus points in terms of safety and reliability.
